Karen C. Allan, Medford, Oregon, is a law partner at Foster Denman, LLP in Medford, Oregon. Her areas of practice include estate planning and administration, health law, nonprofit organizations and appellate law. Karen was a law clerk for the Oregon Court of Appeals and law clerk for the Oregon Supreme Court. Karen graduated from University of Oregon School of Law, received her MAT from Reed College and BA from Radcliff College. Karen is currently a Trustee and Secretary with the Carpenter Foundation in Medford and serves on the Oregon State Bar Estate Planning Section Executive Committee. She was a Director and Chair on the Oregon State Bar Professional Liability Fund, served on the Board of Visitors for University of Oregon School of Law, the Jackson County Budget Committee and as a Board Trustee of the Verde Valley School in Sedona, Arizona. Karen is married to Stuart Allan, a Cartographer, and they have one child attending law school.
