Ken Savage is an Asian American, producer, director, fundraiser, and events curator based in the San Francisco Bay Area/Napa. He is the Associate Producer of Innovation & Strategy at OSF, where he manages digital projects including virtual reality projects, short films, streaming, and other new media work. Formerly, Ken was the Associate Producer at American Conservatory Theater, where he produced over 50 shows for the mainstage, MFA program, and Young Conservatory, ranging from classics to new plays to musicals and A.C.T.’s annual New Strands Festival. He has worked with Theatre Forward, CalShakes, TheatreWorks Silicon Valley, The Public Theater, Arena Stage, Playwrights Foundation, Crowded Fire Theater, Feinstein's at The Nikko, and Z Space, among others. In 2020, he branched into creating dynamic virtual fundraisers and livestream events, including The Long Goodbye—Livestream Edition with Oscar-nominated actor Riz Ahmed at The Great American Music Hall in San Francisco (Manchester International Festival/ BAM). Ken was an OSF 2016 FAIR assistant director for Timon of Athens. A graduate of Stanford University (MA Communication with a focus on virtual reality and performance, BA Drama), Ken was the recipient of the Silicon Valley Creates Emerging Artist Award (2015).
