She has contributed to the artistic excellence of distinguished organizations including Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Yale Repertory Theatre, Yale Schwarzman Center, Yale Cabaret, Baltimore Center Stage, and UCR ARTS, producing work that is both artistically rigorous and culturally specific. With a focus on fostering empathy and vibrant community engagement, Estefani thrives on collaborating with diverse artists, curating powerful experiences that ignite social impact.
