Dustin Buehler is an attorney at the Oregon Department of Justice, and represents the state in appeals before state and federal courts. He also teaches administrative law at the University of Oregon School of Law.
Previously, Dustin was general counsel for Oregon Governor Kate Brown. He also taught as a law professor at the University of Arkansas and as a law lecturer at the University of Washington; worked as a commercial litigator at Davis Wright Tremaine in Seattle; and served as a law clerk for the late Judge Alfred T. Goodwin, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit's beloved Oregon cowboy-jurist.
Dustin received his bachelor's degree from Willamette University and his law degree from the University of Washington. He and his family live in Portland, Oregon, and love making trips to Ashland for OSF plays, kid-playtime in Lithia Park, and frequent treats at Mix Bakeshop (usually of the ice-cream variety).
