D.L. Richardson is based in the Rogue Valley and is the Equity Specialist for Medford School District and Black Southern Oregon Alliance. He is an Oregon-based educator with over 25 years of experience in teaching, diversity, training, and public speaking. He has taught communication courses at the University level and high school levels including Public Speaking to Media and Civil Rights History, Journalism, and Public Relations.
He’s currently serving on the Oregon Cares Fund for Black Relief and Resiliency, The Oregon African American/Black Student Success Advisory Committee, The Governor’s (Oregon) Healthy Schools Re-Opening Council, and the Oregon Racial Justice Council’s Education Recovery Committee.
