DeWanda is excited about her return to OSF as Cultural Competency Consultant for this season. As an Inclusion, Diversity, Equity and Accessibility strategist, her work is grounded in her research of Theatre as a Diversity Intervention. Her Affinity Space™️ process and consulting techniques build a culturally authentic portrayal of story and character development, facilitates inclusive and creative spaces that provide safety, transparency and eliminates barriers so creative teams and actors can do their best work. Theatre: Broadway; Hadestown, OSF; Once on This Island, Confederates, King John; Asolo Rep; Cabaret, Chicken and Biscuits. Education: M.A. Psychology, B.S. Health and Human Services.
