Jake Riggs is currently an MBA student and graduate assistant at the SOU School of Business, and has a BA in Music Performance from SOU. As a freelance musician, he has performed with independent professional groups in various genres including jazz, classical and fusion. Jake has also been an assistant for the Performance Garden Stage at the Britt Festival. Performance: Percussion Ensemble, Left Edge Graduate Percussion Ensemble (SOU); Once Upon a Mattress, Into the Woods (ACMA Theatre Co.); Modern Durf; Maraval Road Steel Pan Ensemble; Dan Chavez Jazz Quartet; Northwest Percussion Festival, Monterey Jazz Festival, others.
