Randy attended Berklee College of Music in the mid ‘70s and performed for the Hair revival tour in 1976 and Carnival Cruise Lines in 1978. He landed the jazz chair position for Norwegian Cruise Lines on the SS Norway in 1980, backing stars such as Jack Jones, Vic Damone, Frankie Valli, Phyllis Diller and many others. From 1981 to 1992, he served in the USAF Band Program.

Randy got out of the military in Alaska and continued to perform, teach privately and do clinics for local schools for a total of 22 years. Since moving to Oregon in 2006, Randy has performed with the Rogue Valley Symphony Orchestra, Rogue Valley Opera, Camelot Theater, Oregon Shakespeare Festival and in 2007 returned to the cruise industry. He has worked for Celebrity Cruises, Azamara Cruise Lines, Norwegian Cruise Lines, Regent Seven Seas Cruises and most recently P&O UK/Carnival Cruises. Randy has recently performed with The Temptations and the Four Tops.
