Co-Technical Director, Dr. G’s Bingo Extravaganza

Kristen Samek is the Theatre Coordinator at Ashland High School, and before that she was the technical director at AHS for 3 years. She graduated from Northwestern College in Orange City, Iowa, with a degree in theatre and minor in psychology. She has stage managed several shows, including Next to Normal while at college. She has also stage managed Cats and Oklahoma!, and helped build shows such as The Hunchback of Notre Dame and A Midsummer Night’s Dream at Summer Stock theatres. Kristen has also TD’d for shows such as Bright Star, The Addams Family, and Almost, Maine at Ashland High School. She has also worked on Stage Ops for OSF. Kristen is happy to be back at OSF to work on Dr. G’s Bingo Extravaganza, and hopes you enjoy the show!
