Molly is a proud member of Actors' Equity Association, is an elected AEA Eastern Regional Stage Manager Delegate, and during the Covid-19 theatre hiatus Molly pivoted their Stage Manager skillset to work for the AFL-CIO and build solidarity between working people in the Northeastern U.S.
